We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team on a short-term basis (4–6 weeks).
Our client is a reputable manufacturer of bespoke street furniture, working closely with architects and developers to deliver creative outdoor solutions using sustainable materials.
Location: Chorley Immediate start
Hours:* 40 per week (Mon–Fri) | 8:00–17:30 (30-min unpaid break)
Pay:* £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)Responsibilities:
TIG and/or MIG welding of steel or aluminium.Reading and interpreting technical drawings.Operating workshop tools and machinery.Assembling and finishing products to a high standard.Keeping the work area clean and safe.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Attention to detail and quality-focused.
Forklift experience (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (may be required to drive company vehicle).
